Terms and Conditions of Use for the mint33 Platform

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mint33 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mint33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered as your agreement to the amended terms.

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

To be eligible to use mint33 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Open an account on your own behalf only, not on behalf of another person.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is only allowed to hold one registered account at mint33. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — even using different information — violates these terms and may result in all related accounts being frozen and existing balances being voided.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. mint33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your identity card (MyKad) at any time, particularly during the account verification or withdrawal process. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Please do not share your login details with any party. mint33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to a user's negligence in keeping their account secure.

3.3 Updating Information

If there are changes to your personal information (such as your mobile number or email address), you are responsible for updating that information through your account settings or by contacting our customer service.

4.1 Payment Methods

mint33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except crypto transactions which use the current exchange rate.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50. Likewise, the minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. Requests below this limit will not be processed.

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on the chosen payment method and additional verification requirements. mint33 does not bear any charges imposed by e-wallet providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Identity Verification

All withdrawal transactions are subject to identity verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the mint33 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

The mint33 VIP programme covers five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback — starting from 0.2% for Bronze members up to 1.0% for Diamond members. Cashback eligibility is calculated based on weekly game activity and credited automatically.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• mint33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered at mint33 — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and esports — operate using a fair and transparent system. Game outcomes are generated randomly through a certified system.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software fault that affects a game outcome, mint33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the original bet. Outcomes resulting from technical errors are not considered valid.

6.3 Sports and Esports Betting

For sports and esports betting, all displayed odds are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Official results announced by the relevant sporting body will be used for bet settlement.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mint33 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or tools to play games or manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Abusing bonuses dishonestly, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing or lending an account to another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward support staff or other players.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting mint33 customer service via live chat or email. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks are completed.

8.2 Closure by mint33

mint33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or upon instruction from the relevant regulatory body.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
